Question:
1. My personal activation code is not being accepted.

 

2. Which requirements must my PC fulfil?

 

3. When clicking on one of the tool button the chosen function is not always right active.

 

Answers:
1. Please ensure that you have not taken e.g. a "1" for a "I" or a "0" for a "O". The activation codes are all tested properly. But it is not impossible that there are still errors. If you are sure that you have entered the code correctly please send an email. We will provide you a new code for free.

3. The sensibility of the button depends very much on the speed of the computer or graphic board or from the adjusted quality of the 3D preview. If you reduce the quality of the 3D preview (menu options) the button react more reliable. Please also make sure that you have installed the most current driver for your graphic board. Alternatively you can also use the keys F1 to F12 to choose the functions required.
